Equipment
- 1 Non sticky Pan or Kadhai
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Bowl
Ingredients
- 200 gm Chopped mushroom
- 1 tbsp Corn floor / Rice floor
- 1 tbsp Besan or gram flour
- 2 tbsp Oil for fry
- 1 tbsp Onion, Garlic, Jeera, dry chili paste
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion pieces
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
Instructions
- Take 300-400 gm mushroom in a bowl.
- Clean and cut the mushrooms into medium shapes.
- Chop two onions and green chilies.
- Make 2 tbsps of ginger garlic paste
- Add all the ingredients i.e corn floor/rice floor, besan, chopped onions, garlic onion jeera paste, turmeric powder and salt to the mushroom.
- Fry oil in the pan and spread it to all over the pan.
- Put the mixture once the oil is little hot like a omlette.
- Wait for 3-4 minutes in medium gas and cover a lid into pan.
- Turn it another side for another 2-3 minutes using a spatula.
- Now open the cover and serve this tasty veg mushroom omlette hot with lunch or you can eat it as snacks.
Notes
One important note for this snack recipe is not to keep the mixture for more than 3 minutes as it can release water and the omlette shape will be not good and it also not taste crunchy.
Another important thing to do is Wash the Mushroom neatly and cleanly 3-to 4 times. After washing keep the mushrooms in a turmeric water pot. This will kill if any bacteria-like things are found in Mushrooms which can cause stomach upset.
