Nimba Patra or Neem Ke Patte or Neem leaves: Dry or powdered form of Neem leaves is the main ingredient of the Nimba Patra Bhaja Recipe. Also, Baigan, Aalu, Badi(Sun-dried lentil dumplings) and Tomato add tasty flavors to the Neem leaves to fry.
How to Make Dry Neem Patte use in Neem Recipe: Take some neem leaves which are medium-aged and wash them. Then keep it under the sun and dry properly. Once it is dried entirely, crush it and turn it into powder form. You can crush it with your hands or you can use a mixer to crush it.   • 1 Frying Pan To Fry the Neem Leaves

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Dry Neem Powder
  • 1 Pc Brinjal or Egg Plant
  • 2 Pc Tomato
  • 5-6 Pc Badi or Sun Dried Lentils
  • 4-5 Pc Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Pc Onion
  • 1 Pc Potato
  • 2 Pc Green Chilies You can increase or decrease the number depending on your taste
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tbsp Gota Mustard or Gota Sorisa
  • Salt As per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1-2 Pc Dried Chili

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 tbsp dried and crushed neem leaves and fry them in the mustard oil.

  • First, take some Badi or Sun-dried lentils and crush them. Then, fry it in the pan. Use Mustard Oil to fry the badi.

  • Now Cut the Potato and Baigan to fry.

  • Now, cut the tomato, garlic, onion, and green chilies to add it to the Neem leaves fry Recipe.

  • Now, put oil in the Pan. Add gota sorisa or mustard and dried chili once the oil is heated. Now add chopped garlic and onions into the hot oil.
  • After 3-4 minutes add potato and baigan. Fry it until it becomes soft. Then, add chopped tomato and fry.
  • Now add Badi and Neem leaves into it.
